Hanging in there..
How many times do we hear ourselves, “I can’t do this anymore”, “This is enough”, or “How long can I keep on doing this?” These are questions lingering in our head; making our minds wander whenever we are in a task or role we can’t seem to keep up!
But have you ever noticed when you hear these phrases in your head? It is when you can almost see the fruits of your labor or when there is an energy out there pulling you down.. It makes me realize, these phrases are mere distractions. These distractions may be signs of doubting oneself for accomplishing the goal. But why do we doubt ourselves?
Tonight, I saw a frog (not this picture) but I would say, must be the same frog I see in front of our yard every night when I get home. It reminded me on how we need to transform ourselves with every goal we need to accomplish. Like a frog, we “hang in there” and patiently wait for the perfect opportunity while allowing ourselves to change. We embrace our strengths and limitations and continuously, “hang in there”… because sooner than later, we will enjoy the fruits of our labor.
Yes, just “hang in there”.
